Check in at 3 pm. After two days at airports because of delays. The last thing you want to do is to set and wait to the very last minute to check in.

Horrible service, we called to ask for rooms available they said to book online. Once we arrived the front ladies and supervisor did not greets us, did not ask for reservation info, didn’t even look at us to help. Said they were busy and they would help us in a minute. Minutes passed by and no one gave us service. We asked multiple times if they could check for the rooms and they can’t do anything on the computer, you have to do everything online.

Great location

Slow customer service assistance but good. They have free wifi but doesn't work all the time 😒 specially in the room. The bathroom needs more attention to details. They are well located near to restaurants, clubs, and the center. You can walk 🚶‍♀️ secure all around.

Staff is very nice and professional, 5 stars, however, there was no warm water and the window from the bathroom cannot be closed, and I am pretty sure someone entered when I was out because when I returned there was a small empty bottle of Bacardi out of the window

Cleaning and maintenance crew are great and friendly. Front am staff especially the younger girl didn’t make my check in feel welcomed! Not very friendly or engaging! Rooms are terribly outdated but you pay for what you get! Pruebe was no form of floor shower towel when getting out of the shower.

La señorita de la recepción, a medianoche me pidió mi identificación con las siguientes palabras: "me vas a dar una identificación" Considero que no es la manera de pedir nada, de parte de quien otorga un servicio. La luz de todo el corredor estaba apagada, porque después de medianoche se apagan las luces. Tuve que caminar y buscar mi habitación cargando maletas y a oscuras. El precio alto no incluyó el desayuno.
