Clean and comfortable room, nice fresh aroma as soon as I entered. I was on the upper floor and enjoyed the view from the balcony to the lake. The traffic was not an issue at all. Very nice pool area. Safe off road parking. The property is within walking distance to the CBD, restaurants and the lake.

A really great place to stay. Close to shops, clubs etc. Rooms well maintained. Comfortable bed, clean & nice fresh linen.Very friendly staff. Highly recommend to anyone travelling through Merimbula - would have loved more time but we'll be back sometime soon.

Can't really complain considering the price. Only stayed 1 night and it was relatively cheap. There was some obvious attention-to-detail overlooked such as the cleanliness of the cutlery etc. The smoke detector was also missing. Definitely not an up market hotel but overall suited me for a night. I'd be happy to stay again. Staff were friendly and Merimbula is a nice town.

The view was lovely, Rooms basic but neat and tidy. The place offered continental breakfast which was one of the reasons we selected the place. While the selection was good, the dining area was not kept clean I had to wipe down tables, wash dishes myself and instead of individual servings it was all shared food items. So only ate 1 out of the 3 days we stayed.
