Cleaning staff was great and friendly. The front desk was business like but not friendly. The property is old and needs upkeep. The pool area is dirty. The parking lot is dark. The area is busy. Excellent Customer Service, rooms and bathroom clean and really nice. Good breakfast and timely shuttle to the cruise port. Totally recommend it.
