"The staff were very attentive to our request to accommodate my dad who has poor mobility and ensured that he was near both the reception and breakfast room. The staff were all kind and friendly. Everything was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and nice quality linen, however, we felt the en-suite bathroom could do with an update."

"Second time here. Was lovely. Had a few issues with a kettle and the water not running hot and the toilet flushing, but Joshua a member of staff was so helpful and sorted it quickly for us. Views amazing. Location perfect. Parking is easy."

"Receptionist very polite and helpful on arrival To our surprise, we were given Welcome packs for our dogs, which we thought was adorable. Room clean, everything worked except the television, but didn’t report/complain as we didn’t particularly want to watch anything. A fair choice of food for Breakfast,all cooked properly Service was good, staff polite. Overall happy with our stay at this particular Holiday Inn."
