Welcoming front desk by Mr Helal was great. Location is amazing right in main road for weary travelers. Clean. No odors. Good breakfast. Clean bathrooms. Overall definitely a recommendation to visit. And also, the views are awesome of the mountains.

Its is house not hotel

The hotel is below standard,its not hotel ,no reception just front disk, no body at night ,bad location, no any services, and not to clean the bathroom is dirty and had a runny toilet and bad air condition everythink is old. only one staff he is bad deal with us, the staff was charge us additional 1500TL taked cash without receipt. I not advice any body to booking in this house .

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. It is extremely clean. Room is in very good condition and spacious. Room service is very good. View is awesome. Hospitality is one of the best I have seen. Price is very well considered. It is one of my favourite hotels in Turkey and I will definitely visit it again.

Konum olarak çok güzel her yere yakın bir yerdeydi. Resepsiyon ekibi çok kibar ve güleryüzlüydü. Odaların dekoru biraz iç karartıcı koyu renkteydi, perdelerde yemek lekeleri vardı. Temizliği genel olarak kötü diyemeyiz ama daha iyi de olabilirdi. Banyo kullanılabilir durumdaysı. Bir daha gelişimizde konumu ve misafirperverliğinden dolayı tercih edebiliriz ama odalarından ve eşyalarından çok büyük beklentiniz olmasın. Her şey için teşekkürler Mersin Vip House!

Great experience

This was the third time we stayed at the VIP House. The reason for our choice is obvious to anyone who visited this property: clean, modern apartment with comfortable bed, clean bathroom and well equipped kitchen. The warm welcome, kindness and readiness to help of the receptionist Aleyna was an added value to our holiday in Mersin. Thank you! We will be back.

Alles war sehr gut und gemütlich. Die Küche brauchten wir nicht aber Waschmaschine war von Vorteil. Ansonsten hat man sich gefühlt ob man in seiner eigenen Wohnung wäre von der Ausstattung her.

Bayram için dört gece konaklama yaptık. Otelin mutfağındaki çatal bıçağından banyodaki paspasa kadar her şey son derece temizdi. Plaj sezonu olduğu için kıyafet yıkama açısından çamaşır makinesi olması büyük bir artıydı. Salondaki koltuklarda ya da yatak örtülerinde leke yoktu. Otelin konumu ve temizliği/durumu düşünülünce fiyatı çok uygundu. Teşekkürler.

Es war von aussen unscheinbar aber drinnen war es toll. Wir haben den Schlüssel bekommen und mussten selber hoch, und da fing das Problem an. Wir dachten weil es ein appart Hotel war bekommen wir keine Badetuch und unsere eigene benutzt. Check out war um 11.00 und wir haben den Schlüssel auf den desk gelegt wie uns erklärt wurde. Es ging nicht einmal 1 Stunde haben wir eine Anruf bekommen dass die die Badetücher mitgenommen haben. Wir haben es ihnen erklärt ubd da war es ok nur nach 1 stunde später haben wir nochmal ein anruf bekommen dass wir die Badetücher mitgenommen haben. Wir sind uns wie Diebe vorgekommen.
