"I have stayed in several Divan hotels in Turkey, but this Divan hotel in Mesin in Excellent in providing services. The receptionist are great and they upgraded my room to sea views which was amazing. However, something else made me to feel good about this place was I forgot my wallet with large amount of money but they phoned me and returned my wallet, for this I thank the hotel management and particularly Ms. Marwah, the guest relations who spent time to arrange the return of my wallet. "

"I think it was a very beautiful hotel and the service was absolutely amazing. The valet service was very nice, he was there to greet us when we arrived and assisted with carrying my bags and parking in my car. Reception was incredibly responsive and did their best to address all of my needs. The reason for the rating is because despite everything else, the air conditioning barely worked and the handle on the door to my room was clearly on its way to coming off. Honestly, if this hotel would fix the air conditioning, and keep everything in good condition. It would be one of the nicer places I’ve stayed at in a very long time. I would still stay here again. I would just make sure that the air conditioning in my room works."
