“Der *Manager* hat sich um alles allein gekümmert. Da ich aufgrund der Betten ( harte Matratze und Kopfkissen )am nächsten Tag am liebsten abreisen wollte, hatte er verschiedene Lösungen angeboten.Am Ende hat ein 2. Kopfkissen etwas geholfen .Das Frühstück war für ital. Verhältnisse sehr gut und umfangreich , auch wenn es keine Wurst und Käse gab., Es gibt nur 2!! Gästeparkplätze gegenüber. Wir hatten echt Glück immer dort parken zu können. Die Lage direkt in Letojanni ist perfekt zum Essen...

“I had an amazing experience at this hotel. Beautiful historic in nature in an excellent location. This building is early 1800 but rooms are fairly modern. Don’t expect a modern $500 a night hotel but for the money it was more than I ever expected. ”

“이가격에 타오르미나에서 주차장있고 심지어 작지만 알찬 조식도 포함되어 있음! 주차장이 워낙 작아 고민했으나 키를 카운터에 맡기고 들어가기 때문에 걱정안해도 됨. 다만 입구까지 계단이 조금 있음; 24시간 카운터 이기때문에 직원들이 잘 도와주심. 내가 머문 방은 카운터 바로 뒷방이었고 좁았음; 냉장고도 없음.. 그래도 케이블카 가깝고 직원들도 친절하고 만족함. ”

“I spent couple of days at this hotel and at the time was happy with the hotel and location was ideal for what we wanted to use it for. I booked through Expedia and on check out I said the hotel should be pad for already, the receptionist said no the money held s only for security and I need to pay. When I went to pay the receptionist tried to charge me 20 euros more then agreed but I didn't notice and put my chip and pin in and paid. He then apologised and gave me back 20 Euros in cash. “Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und das liebevolle Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Rezeptionistin konnte gut Deutsch und konnte mit vielen tollen Tipps weiterhelfen. Die Zimmer wurden nur einmal pro Woche gereinigt, aber auch das Zimmerpersonal war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns vorsorglich sehr ausreichend mit Toilettenpapier, Mülltüten und anderem versorgt. Wir waren zur Nebensaison (Anfang Mai) im Hotel und leider war der hoteleigene Pool nicht gefüllt und somit unbenutzbar....
