โWhile the staff were nice and friendly, and responded to my requests, the breakfast was good along with prepared sandwiches, the rooms were priced 3-4 times higher than normal because of COP29. The room I thought I was getting from the photo and the room I received did not match expectations. โ
โThe staff were very friendly from reception to dining, they were all happy to help and spoke english.
The hotel is situated off a busy road, which does have a good regular bus service for getting into the city centre. SO travel options are Bus, Taxi(can be expensive) or hire a car, you can walk but it is a few miles each way so not for the faint hearted.
Overall it was an enjoyable stay, good food and great staff.โ
โLovely hotel on the outskirts of town but easy walk to Bakmil metro station (although trains there are limited).
Nice very spacious room, with seating area.
Excellent gym.

Friendly & helpful staff, especially hotel manager, restaurant manager, restaurant waiter & girls cooking omelettes.
Sadly some hotel guests were less than pleasant & we saw too many people handle the food at breakfast & then return it.
The shower is lovely & huge but needs a thermostat as it goes between...
