However, the front desk seem very inexperienced and untrained. They are always confused and overwhelmed. The bartenders are so good!”

“This hotel has no proper restaurant for only bed&breakfast. Around this hotel, neither it is. So I changed my option to be half-board. In this app bed&breakfast is $26 including tax and fee, and half-board is $28 but when I told the reception in order to be half-board, it became $10, 5 times more expensive than that in this app. I wanted to change my option in this app, if I could. I already told them it should be only $2 but they ignored me and repeatedly told me it's $10.... It's a 4 star...
