“Antes del viaje Leí detenidamente la información que ustedes me proporcionaron y en ninguna parte se me informó que para que se realizara el aseo de la habitación tenia yo que solicitarlo y estuvo la basura, toallas sucias... tuve que solicitar toallas limpias y hasta me las querían cobrar cuando en ningún momento me las cambiaron. Hasta el 2do. día se solucionó este problema... Otra cosa en la habitación había un letrero de prohibido fumar, más sin embargo el día que ingresé el cuarto estaba...

“My stay at this place was very good, perfect for the price. Jonathan and Itzah's service was excellent, they are very friendly. The place is very clean and in a good location, close to everything. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are very clean, and I highly recommend it.”

“It’s really an excellent place. However, due to weather conditions, they could do a bigger effort to have more fans in the rooms, it gets really hot and humid at night and this makes sleeping unbearable. My husband and I could not sleep at all, the ceiling fan was not enough to circulate air down to the bottom beds in the room (bunk beds). This would be the only reason we would not stay there again. Otherwise the place is truly awesome! ”
