ItĀ“s a great place to stay, pretty comfortable and at a great price... Obviously, itĀ“s not a luxury place, but very convenient, clean and practical. ItĀ“s my second time in here, and I would return. Just needs a bit of attention in certain details; for example, the light in my side of the bed wasnĀ“t working. But otherwise, I highly recomend it.

They did not have the room at the location i reserved months in advance, never communicated anything until I arrived at the building. They moved us to a location that was far away from our original plans so we had to spend at least an extra $150 on transpotarion during our trip. The rooms dont have air conditioning, not even a ceiling fan so it was extremely hot I could not sleep. To make it worse the windows dont have screens so if you try to open it to let the air flow a ton of mosquitos will come in. I would not recommend trusting this "hotel" chain with your plans. A reservation is called a reservation for a reason.

No querĆ­an entregar el depa de Ćŗltimo momento

No querĆ­an entregar el apartamento de Ćŗltimo momento argumentando un problema de tuberĆ­a etc etc, y no se querĆ­an hacer responsables a pesar de que ya estaba reservado y pagado el lugar. Argumentaban que me quisieron contactar cosa que no pudieron demostrarme porque yo habĆ­a hablado una noche antes de la fecha de entrada justamente para pedir entrar temprano al apartamento. Y al dĆ­a siguiente que era el check Inn, no nos querian entregar, Tuve que exigir una soluciĆ³n porque eso no era mi responsabilidad. Al final nos dieron un apartamento en otra zona. Que aunque el apartamento estaba bien, nos quedaba muy muy lejos de todos los planes que ya tenia con mi familia, lo que resultĆ³ en un gasto mayor en transportes por la ciudad.

Location, location

Second stay. Cleanliness is outstanding. I only wish that the beds were more comfortableā€”very hardā€”with some extra pillows. Laundry is included if you purchase the detergent. This is extremely helpful and the ladies do a great job. The location is safe and walkable. I will stay again.
