The rooms are great. Staff at the desk were friendly and helpful. We had a good time with hiring a driver for the day trips, which the front desk staff helped with. The view from our room is amazing.

Excellent accommodations in the city.

The staff bent over backwards to facilitate our stay at the hotel! They made it easy for us to attend a bullfight, and acquired safe travel for Landon and I around the city.

Great People

Plaza Suites is a great facility with a very pleasant staff. The room ventilation is a problem. Air conditioning is only in the bedrooms and is poor at best in cooling the room. Windows are tiny and only open very slightly the result is a suite that is very uncomfortable. Woke up both mornings because it was too warm.

Todo perfecto hasta que te dicen del cobro extra de la cuota por el uso de "amenidades" por 25 dolares (no se porque la cobran en dolares, si es mexico) independientemente si las usas o no.

Convenient but not a hotel

The person at reception was very nice and the room clean. This is not a conventional hotel, there is no lobby / restaurant - it is a short term apartment. That said you do get the advantage of having a small kitchen and bigger fridge...

Great Luxury Condo in Mexico City

The room, property and staff were great! Very clean, safe and nice location. The only thing I would mention is I think the unit would need another A/C unit because the room is so big that one is not enough. Great place and would highly recommend!

綺麗なホテルでスタッフも英語が通じ快適だったが、精算時にいきなり一泊あたり１６００円近い「Resort fee」を請求された。確かにチェックイン時の書類を読むと書いてあったが、ラスベガスならいざしらずメキシコシティではあまり一般的でない制度を強制させて見かけ上の料金を安く見せる手法は姑息。
