Clean room , polite staff, valet parking,etc. Food in restaurant is excellent. Waiters are very much polite and customer service focused! The only “bad” thing or not so good is that the tv does not work properly. It does not connect to the Wi-Fi So we couldn’t watch YouTube videos nor Betflix series, etc.!

Probably the best hotel option as a value for money for the Santa Fe area! Very close to the main shopping and financial district but located at the beginning of the urban area of Santa Fe. So do not expect dinning option at walk distance! (Except very good street food!! Tamales on the morning just across the street, tacos on the night and more) but you are at a short uber trip of distance. The facilities are really good!! Book the bungallow or the master suite and you will have a premium suite with outstanding quality!! Really great great option!!

I was pleasantly surprised by the jacuzzi and sauna in the room but totally turned off by the fact that the filter in the jacuzzi seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. It also needed to be drained manually by staff which was a nuisance. If you're staying here, bring your own shampoo and conditioner, my bleached hair will never forgive me for washing it with the shampoo provided (no conditioner available). Food was good and room service was timely. The area is kind of inconvenient as the street is very crowded and narrow (lots of public transportation buses around). Short uber ride to shopping mall, so that was a savior. No convenience stores close either. Overall stay was ok for what we paid.
