"Loved this very interesting place to stay. We were offered a glass of wine when we arrived. We could have done the wine tasting and the tour of the Winery if we had wanted to. Room was clean, furniture very old but lovely. Breakfast was excellent even though there is no cooked option. "We came to La Rocca after 3 days in Venice. The place is beautiful and the host is fantastic. The view and nature is great and we live in Norway. The viewpoint (15min walk) is a great photo oportunity of Garda and Bardolini. Book a seat at the restaurant before you come. We came late easter and everything was full. "The staff was amazing but the one drawback was the location. It was hard to get to by foot from the train station- almost off the beaten track. It looks like it’s right next door on the map but you have to go all the way around and across a boulevard. A car would’ve made a big difference."
