“ Ery close to the ocean and restaurants. Helpful staff but do not try to communicate via expedia as they did not answer. You can get the number and use whatsapp which seems to be the way to communicate.This way they scheduled us a taxi from and to the airport The number is actually 351 calle Berlin which created some confusion ”

“The room wad clean but a little old with week pressure shower. The lovely inner garden was there with green grass. The staff who carrying baggages wad very pleasant. The location of the hotel is near the Av. Javier Plado with easy trasportation near.”

“This apartment was wonderful. Our family of 5 stayed here, 2 adults and 3 kids, for 9 days. The view was spectacular! The property is directly in front of many parks, used for walking and exercising. Amongst these parks are also playgrounds for the kids. The only thing is to remember there is no AC in the unit, they do, however, have fans available. ”

“Place looks great, perfect location and clean. Issue is there was a persistent sewer smell coming from sink…. We only stayed there for 1 day, we did let the rental property know in hope they would fix for future stays. ”

“업무 관련 1주일정도 이용, 미라플로레스 지역에 위치한 호텔로 교통 및 관광지 이용이 좋습니다. 아파트 호텔로 로비층에 식당은 없으나 길건너편 1층에 아침 7시부터 저녁 9시까지 이용가능한 현지 식당이 있습니다. 체크 아웃은 10시이나 다음 예약이 없는 경우 늦게까지 체크아웃이 가능 합니다. 주방 및 주방용품이 있어 식사 조리등이 가능합니다. 6박동안 청소를 1번 해주었고 타올은 교체를 해주지 않은점 및 샴프, 비누등의 편의 용품은 제공되지 않아 불편하였습니다.”

“Amazing stay, we chose this location solely based on its proximity to my aunt’s condo and the stay was for 2 weeks. It far exceeded my expectations. The rooms had ample closet space, and was a fully furnished two bedroom two bathroom apartment. The owner fully stocked the kitchen with dishes, utensils, appliances, and came with laundry washer and dryer AND someone came to clean a few times a week which is a huge deal if you’re staying for two weeks like I did. “The apartment has everything needed for family of 3 or 4. It is clean and basic. We felt safe in this complex/area. The shore is couple of blocks away and is spectacular. We don’t speak fluent Spanish so communication was not extremely easy but the host replied to all our messages (including to our English such) within reasonable time. ”

Microondas, refrigerador, cocina a gas, todo está disponible y es lo mejor. Uno, la mancha es que es delgado en el sofá, pero estuvo ahí desde el principio. ¡No te preocupes!”

“J'ai loué cette appartement pour éviter le trafic pour aller tôt le matin a l aéroport. Les hôtes sont accueillants et m ont confirmé un taxi pour l aéroport a 5:45 du matin. Appartement complet, très propre. Les deux seuls points négatifs sont une forte odeur de parfum et le bruit dans les environs (surtout des chiens qui japent mais je crois qu' au Pérou il faut s y faire c est frequent. J y retournerais pour un vol tôt le matin.”
