“It was a good hotel where I could spend a wonderful Christmas with my boyfriend. We had 6 swimming pools so we could swim quietly and the location was close to the city so it was good to have a restaurant and a beach view. First of all, hotel room was very clean, and there was kitchen, and we ate and cooked wonderful evening.”

Don’t need to worry about anything they are organised e.g. they booked a shuttle for me and I didn’t even provide any details and they came into the airport to find me. “What a little slice of paradise Pool Resort is! We thoroughly enjoyed our 7 day stay - leaving was so hard! The pool itself is stunning, the rooms are extremely well appointed and Brigid and Heather are just the most welcoming and lovely hosts. Can’t recommend this place more highly. It’s a little way out of the town centre, but the reliable local shuttles get you anywhere you need to go within the town. Perfect stay! ”

“전체적으로 깨끗이 관리된 서비스 아파트입니다. 리조트라고 하기엔 부대시설이 전혀 없습니다. 걸어서 5~10분거리에 해변과 작은 상점들이 위치하고있어 근처 레스토랑이나 슈퍼마켓을 이용하기에 좋습니다. 무엇보다도 주방과 세탁시설이 잘 되어있어 장기 투숙하시는 분들께 좋을거같습니다. 예약전 리뷰를 살펴보니 서비스에 대한 불만이 많았는데, 불만할 정도는 아닙니다. 아만다와 사만다, 세라 등 모든 직원들이 친절하였고, 특히 여행상품 선택에 있어 다양한 경험담과 함께 옵션사항을 안내해주는 등 매우 도움이되었습니다. 룸클리닝은 별도의 25불 비용이 발생하며, 타올을 요구하여도 추가 비용이 발생합니다. 그러나 체크인시 몇개 추가로 넣어달라고 하였더니, 비용 청구되지 않았습니다. 인터넷은 하루 1기가까지 사용할 수 있었고, 속도도 빨랐습니다. 단점은 열대지역이라 하루종일 창문을 열거나, 에어컨을 켜야했는데, 창문에 방충망이 없는것이었습니다. 에어컨 바람을 싫어하는 사람은 반드시 모기퇴치제를...

“Great 4star apartments, with full kitchens/amenities, 2 separate pools. Bay Villas is located really close to the main shopping/eats street - great cheap shuttle service pick-up/drop off at your leisure. The staff at Bay Villas were SO friendly & helpful-incl. ongoing communication prior to our arrival, suggestions/arrangements for activities whilst visiting, and easy a/h checkin - which all made our holiday easy, seamless & stress free. “We had a wonderful stay at Lychee Tree Apartment. The staff Edward is fantastic, gave us a good introduction for the sight-seeings around Port Douglas, and booked a snorkelling trip for us. It is a quiet place, short distance to main street, Coles, etc. A very good time for the stay and the good memoory for the beautiful city. ”
