"I normally don’t write reviews but I have to. All the employees have nasty attitudes except for one man with grey hair. The rooms are disgusting. It’s like they surface clean instead of actually cleaning, but you can still see dirt everywhere. I might need to go get checked because i have not stop itching since i left and im not even joking. The only positive thing i could say is that it’s close to the beach. But don’t be cheap pay extra to stay somewhere else. "

"We only stayed one night, but it was a good overall experience. The place is a little dated, but the location is excellent, right on the beach and walkable to pretty much everything. There was some construction outside, but it wasn’t a huge issue. For the price, it was definitely worth it, and we would stay here again."

"I had an amazing experience at 72 Park. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming and comfortable. The pool was absolutely fantastic, definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The location couldn’t have been better; it’s conveniently near everything, which made getting around very easy. The staff was also outstanding, very polite, attentive. The only small suggestion I would make is to add blackout curtains in the main room, as the brightness from outside can be a bit strong. Other than that, everything was perfect, and I would definitely stay here again! "

"Overall, the hotel has a nice aesthetic and a beautiful lobby, but unfortunately it didn’t live up to the price point. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite, and the layout was quite poor. The bathrooms were very small, one sink didn’t drain properly, and another was leaking — issues you wouldn’t expect at this level. There was also no kitchenette, which felt like a miss for a suite of this type. The a/c would blow right over the bed making it uncomfortable. Either too cold or too warm. The in-room amenities were underwhelming, with only decaf coffee provided. Parking was also excessively priced, and the valet service was inconsistent — sometimes quick, other times frustratingly slow. The on-site restaurant was another disappointment. The food and service didn’t match the premium pricing at all and felt subpar overall. While the property has its highlights, especially the lobby, the overall experience doesn’t justify the cost. "
