โIt was a nice and clean beautiful hotel.
Close to everything, safe and quiet.I went with my sister and we felt very secure will definitely go back.โ
โLoved the quiet atmosphere and boutique feel. The staff was attentive and made me feel right at home. My room was spotless and stylish, with everything I needed. Great locationโeasy to get around and explore without needing a car.โ
โI recently stayed at The Setai Hotel in Miami Beach, and I am extremely disappointed and shocked by my experience there. The hotel had an outdated ambiance, and it felt incredibly worn down. The low ceilings only added to the overall poor impression.
Despite booking a very expensive two-bedroom room, there was no sense of luxury whatsoever. The real frustration began at breakfast, where we started eating at 10:30 AM and finished just past 11 AM. To my surprise, I was charged for breakfast, with...
โ10/10 Our stay was great! The hotel was super nice, and the staff were so kind. We would definitely recommend and stay again anytime weโre in the area. If youโre looking for a resort, look no further! โ
โImmediately was offered my Expedia VIP amenities such as $50 credit and a wine bottle from the hotel. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond for a great experience. The room was extremely comfortable, clean, and better than expected! Although on a busy area, we did not experience noise throughout the night. The hotel is in a very accessible area, so close to everything! โ
โProperty is very nice and modern with amazing contemporary apartments ( we had a 3 bedroom apartment).
Just around the corner of Lincoln Road ( shopping/ dining etc).
Groceries are a minute away at Trader Joe's :)
The only issue we had were a constant smell of cigarettes and "joints" in the elevators and numerous young people running around in the 4th floor hall ways smoking e cigarettes etc.
Other than that everything was great. โ
