This is a cute place, walkable distance from the beach and many restaurants and cafes! However, lacked cleanliness , no dish towels for the kitchen which was disappointing … we had to use our bathroom towels which is gross… Otherwise, comfy beds, could use dark curtains for two of the bedrooms and found we could hear the neighbours a little too well all night.. But overall cute and did the job. Likely our first and last time staying however.

Great property for a family vacation, had everything we needed & great pool to cool off. Staff was very quick to respond & very helpful when we had a few questions/asks. Definitely woll stay again next time we're in town

I loved this apartment! Very clean, comfortable and modern, and it has everything you may need. The location is perfect, you can walk to the beach and Bal Harbor shops. Staff was very friendly and we could check in earlier.

Very good, nice spacious apartment. It actually had everything what we need it. Parking for our car was always available. We fully recommended the place. We came without kids, but great place to come with the kids as well... Quiet place, only heard the neighbours(especially the kids running on the floor) but nothing major.

Good for cooking your food and close to the beach

The location is great. The apartment is spacious. I rented this place because of its location and the kitchen since I want to be able to cook my own food. All you need for cooking is there, I wish they had 4 storages food containers :) The place needs attention with cleaning and the hot water was not as hot as I personally wish.

Great value, great service

This was a perfect location close to my Father’s condo. We were visiting for his 90th birthday. The unit is in a very old building which has been nicely updated but has some issues. Nice pool area. The property manager was easy to contact, friendly, and quick to remedy some minor problems.

I liked the space and overall layout of the 2 bedroom unit but the towel bar in the bathroom had to be fixed during my stay by maintenance because the right side of the towel bar was loose and was coming out of the wall. The unit only had a TV in the living room, not in the bedrooms. The sliding door to the shower was a little difficult to slide on the last night of our 4-night stay. Also the stove top in the unit didn't appear to work when I tried to use it to cook something in a skillet.

The positives about the place is it is very spacious, the property manager is quickly responsive and the pool area was nice. The negatives were this was a “budget” property but in a very high end neighborhood with super expensive restaurants and not really close to anything touristy, so definitely will need a car. We heard squealing, scratching, squeaking and something running around noises that sounded like they came from the walls. When notified property manager he said they did have squirrels and iguana problems that he had pest control come out for in the past. There was a back door exit and it looked like something had opened the door. The walls are not soundproof you could hear neighbors and outside noises pretty clearly. There was a really bad musty smell that never went away and we found a lot of super tiny orange ants in the kitchen and bathroom area. This place has potential if they can fix the problems listed. I probably would not stay again.

Dont book here, trust me you will regret. First of all its not a hotel, they never answer your calls and messages. There is no proper AC in the property. Terrible!!
