Our room was showing some serious wear and tear. Paint peeling and dirty in every corner of the room. The lady who was in charge of breakfast was wonderful, friendly and helpful. The woman at night was very friendly and helpful when we checked in.

Everything was wonderful until I went into the shower. They have the shampoo etc attached to the wall. When I tried to use them, very little shampoo came out. No soap or conditioner.

In for a quick one night stay. Everything was great. I assume no one steals the towels from there though. They were similar to sand paper. But over all a great stay.

TV only worked on 5 channels. Wind was blowing through the windows making a loud whistling noise most of the night. Bar staff was under staffed and had long wait times for drinks not very friendly. Table games have been moved into a very small room with poor ventilation and cooling. I could only play crapes for a short time due to these conditions.

Our stay was great. Our only complaint is the number of towels and wash rags. It was very minimal and would have been better had it been doubled. Other than that, it was great. Staff was friendly and attentive. Room was comfortable and clean.

Convenient location
This hotel is a cut above the run of the mill hotel, but I've noticed little signs of aging since we first started staying here. The grout near the tub needs scrubbing which is minor. It's still a wonderful place to stay and I feel comfortable and safe. So glad they have a little step stool in the closet for short people, like me, to get on the very tall bed!! And it's fun to be near the casino!

Property was very quiet & clean. There was no phone in the room so when I needed to contact the front desk, I had to Google number and call the hotel. Could not get connected to internet and front desk could not help. Beds were beautiful but horribly uncomfortable. Did not like the amount of food offered for breakfast and didn't like not being able to serve myself just like every other hotel.

Found some kind of medical (maybe a nebulizer mask) under the end table Not very good reception on TV and lack of channels Also had to play plumber cause the hose in tank of toilet would t do it’s job.

You have to get off the highway and backtrack a bit, so it feels like you might be going the wrong way, but keep going! The hotel is nice. It is completely separate from the casino, with a service road in between.
