Check in was easy. Staff helpful and pleasant. The room was spacious and clean. Would be great if the beds were queen instead of double in order to comfortably fit more than 2 people in the room but we managed. Great location, comfortable walk to City Centre and Bayside not far away. Would stay again.

Put check-in was fast. Alvarado checked us in and later handled our checkout. This hotel is definitely a gem. The staff were courteous, friendly and professional. Room service arrived less than 20mins after placing my order from my television and the mini bar was perfect.

My family and I chose this hotel because of its convenient location, as we were preparing to go on a cruise. The hotel was ideally situated within walking distance of several restaurants and shops, which made it easy to explore the area and grab a bite to eat. The rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. My only complaint was the lighting system, which required us to use our room key card to turn on the lights. I found this feature inconvenient and somewhat outdated. Overall, the hotel was a decent choice for our stay. With a few updates to improve the guest experience, this property could be even better.

The hotel restaurant on the second floor has a very limited menu but my server was very attentive. I received packages that were never delivered to my room. Had to ring reception twice before they picked up. The hallway rugs and by the elevator are stained and appear dirty.

Our stay at JW was excellent. The minute we arrived, the attendants were very helpful. Check in was smooth and room was ready. Room was clean and spacious. Immediately enjoyed the pool and drinks at pool bar. We felt the JW location was great and walking distance to near by restaurants and bars. Also was a quick drive to catch our cruise. Staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great start to our vacation to the Bahamas.
