“Something crawled on the bed and bit me, I think it was a tick so I complained, they said they would refund my money and I checked out a few hours after I checked in. But they still haven't refunded my money so I'm waiting until now to write this review.”

“As soon as we checked in and got to our room we notified the front desk that the AC didn't work. We were told that no other rooms were available and since we had already stayed in the room we couldn't get a refund. We had only stayed in the room for 10 minutes at that point. After nearly 3 hours on several chats and conversations with Expedia we were able to cancel our 2nd night and got about half our money back.”
