The hotel is in a good location and the staff are helpful, but it is dirty. The hallway carpets are extremely filthy, and there is a bad odor in the rooms caused by the dirty carpeting—the room actually reeked. I had to buy some antibacterial Febreze spray to deal with the bad smell in room 115. I’m not demanding; I can adapt to different situations, but the bad smell and the filth on those carpets are just too much.

Our room was fine - quiet, air conditioning in good working order, bathroom sparkling clean, condition of bedroom = floor somewhat dirty side, bed = comfortable with a good selection of pillows, alarm clock appeared to be broken = could not set to correct time, amenities = towels, shampoo and soaps, tissues, coffee and tea = nicely provided. Public spaces, in particular = the hallways = unbelievably and unacceptably smelly (disinfectant/deordorizer?), dirty and stained carpets. Breakfast buffet = adequate; could definitely use a few more healthy options.

The breakfast was lacking. There were hard boiled eggs and waffle maker but no breakfast meats. The water in the shower did not get very hot. The room was clean and the staff were polite. The parking lot was not very accessible with only one entrance. We did not use the amenities but may stay here again.

Stayed Sunday night to Wednesday morning. The breakfast area was pretty clean. Standard “continental “ breakfast. Had waffle maker with toasts, cereals, oatmeal and some fruits available. Coffee station was decent. The room was pretty clean. The biggest issues were the guests that stayed on my floor. Really noisy and disruptive guests. The other annoying thing I had to do was reprogram my room key every night I came back. Keep your trim key away from everything that has a magnet even your MagSafe phone case. Overall hotel stay was okay/good for what I paid. Not bad. Was good value.

Due to our flight delay, we didn't have much time to enjoy the hotel since we arrived around 2:45 a.m. We mostly checked in and went straight to sleep. It was nice that there were vending machines available so we could grab a few snacks after arriving so late. The hotel is about a 20-minute drive from the airport and, depending on traffic, about a 45-minute drive to the Port of Miami for cruise departures. Overall, it was a convenient location for an overnight stay before our cruise.

The staff were helpful , the hotel is in a good area. The hotel can use updating, especially the carpets and furniture in the rooms. The experience wouldve been better if we were able to access the pool. The pool was under renovation.

I like the location. The hotel needs to replace the floor carpets. It has a strong humidity smell and stop using incense like or spices smells. The smell sticks to your clothes, hair, luggage and all your belongings.
