  • This place is right behind the James L Knight Center, right between the Brickell Avenue and the S.E. 2nd Avenue bridge. I was on the North side of the Miami River pointing my camera South East. I found plenty of parking for a reasonable price. Best time if you want lots of action would be Friday or Saturday night. For a more desolate nights I would recommend Monday thru Thursday night. Here you will find an incredible amount of photography opportunities to shoot for. While like any big city you will find a few homeless folks, the place was very clean and very well kept. Lots of new, very tall buildings have made the Miami landscape a very popular site for photography!

The place is very clean and quiet. It would have been nice if they could storage your luggage in the same property like a hotel. It's very difficult to travel and get there early and since the checking time is until 4 pm. It would have been nice to have a storage in the same building.

Great place to stay and to catch a game when visiting the battery. Walking distance from all the action. We did not have to move our car. Great for couples as well as families.
