"Comfort Inn Hall of Fame was clean, quiet and conveniently located near the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Pleasant staff. Complimentary breakfast was decent. We had a slight issue with the toilet and less than 10 minutes someone came and took care of the issue. "

Consider reducing amount of fries, onion rings, etc. We ate breakfast and dinner in the hotel every day Jessica, restaurant server, was outstanding, very personable, professional and was very attentive to all our needs. Jessica is definitely the employee of the month. "

Now, this next item is about the server in your restaurant, named Kathy. She was very attentive, very concise, and very concerned about my needs. I believe that she should be recommended for some award. I could not have tipped her more."

"I’ll be honest, when we drove up we were worried. The exterior looks dated, but we just needed a room for the football hall of fame game so we kept an open mind. The interior did not match the exterior. Everything was updated and well kept. The man at the front desk was friendly and checked me in right away. He gave me room keys and offered to carry our luggage (I declined since we were on the first floor). Our room was adequate sized and had a small fridge and microwave. The air conditioner worked and the bathroom was clean. The bed was large and comfortable. The only complaint was there was a loose piece of tile in the floor and we both tripped over it, but that’s nothing big. The free breakfast in the morning had hot items and standard continental items and was well stocked. For a one night stay we really can’t complain. It was close to the highway but the room was quiet and we got a decent nights sleep. We would stay here again if we were in the area. "
