Great apartment hotel. Our room was spacious, check in was a breeze. It was extremely quiet and in a perfect location near tourist sites, restaurants and transportation. Christopher was very responsive when we needed help.

Nice hotel, room was okay, water pressure was less than desirable. The gym was okay. Pool was the best I ever seen but it was a city pool and you did need to grab a wristband for each entry, which was a bit inconvenient but ok.

Unfriendly (male) staff at the front desk assigned me to downloaded room than what I originally booked and paid for during check in. It was very frustrating experience to correct that with him in hot sweaty day (no A/C in the room, btw) after a long travel day.
My room windows were looking down the hotel’s outdoor restaurant with loud people noise. It was hot days, only options to get some cool air was a small fan in the room & opening the windows that resulted outside restaurant people’s noise even louder.
Breakfast was good & convenient location but not a happy stay due to the deceiving front desk guy at check in & restaurant noise.
