“The unit didn't have air conditioning as advertised. It was 90 degrees when we got there at 11 pm and we couldn't cool it down, even with all the windows and doors open. We couldn't stay there. We were really disappointed because when we booked it said the unit had air conditioning and the property management people said it doesn't. We were mislead. ”

“The condo is great! Very large and the rooms are quiet. The only issues we had were that one of the stove burners did not work, and we could have used more than one bar of soap…… also, an ice cream scooper would be nice. And maybe an oven baking dish. The location is perfect! And the adult pool area is our favorite( second year that we have been there that the message waterfall has been broken, that was a let down) Overall, we love the Westgate”

“The room was fine… but don’t plan your vacation there anytime soon. They are remodeling the whole resort and have construction (drilling/sawing/hammering) from the hours of 10 AM-6 PM sooo unless you are planning on being out and about during those house then i guess you’d be fine. We wanted a relaxing stay in our room this weekend but we had to leave the hotel the entire day because the noise was soo loud. The entire resort is torn apart and there are construction workers everywhere. ”

“We enjoyed our weekend stay at Yotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were pretty small but the layout worked for our small family with the pull down bed and bunks. It was nice to have a full kitchen that even included a dishwasher. Property was very clean. There were some spots in the hallway on the carpet that needed cleaning, however the room itself and the rest of the property was very clean. Heated pool and hot tub were nice after a busy day, and my son enjoyed the game room...

“Had a wonderful time!!! Awesome little cabins and the property was beautiful! Felt like you were far away but it was nice to still be close to town. This is more of glamping experience. I read reviews and knew what to expect. Bring your own bedding and towels. It is NOT a hotel. If you want a camping experience with some comfort, this place is fantastic!! It's exactly the gateway we wanted! Will definitely return! ”
