Condos at Canyons Resort by White Pines

"Condos are actually part of the Sheraton hotel buildings but managed by White Pines so checking in was confusing and there was a lack of communication between hotel and condo company. Whole compound was kind of hard to navigate at first and the condo area is old and dated. The self park was dark and dirty and not well kept. Our condo was older and smelled a little odd. But it was otherwise very clean and a nice space overall. All the employees were amazingly helpful. Good stay for the money but it would have been helpful to know more detail about the property prior to check in."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Homestead. There was construction being done, but they had golf carts available with drivers to take us from our room to the parking lot or pool or wherever we needed to go on site. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. My only complaint was I thought we were getting a balcony room, but the balcony was really the hallway outside the front of the room, which to us was a walkway, not a balcony! We were looking forward to a private balcony out of the back of the room! We question them, but none of the rooms with the balcony in the back were available, which was disappointing. If you closed the drapes inside the room, it felt claustrophobic and dark! We did enjoy the swimming pools, beautiful landscaping and the hot tubs. We also found time to swim in the crater, which was really fun and a must if you haven’t tried it before. The main dining restaurant wasn’t open yet, but we did have breakfast & snacks at the milkhouse. Mostly we ate offsite at other locations nearby. We will have to try it again after the complete remodel is done.!"

"I decided to "runaway" from home and put my oldest in charge. My husband really enjoyed having a night out by ourselves in a long time, the staff made it incredibly easy to check in and out, and the hotel room itself was clean and extremely comfortable. Thank you for a great night away from the kids."
