The staff was very kind and helpfull. The room was clean, modern and with agreat view tiwards the mountain. We enjoed the pool, the tish tenis and everything. We would definitely come back again!

This hotel was hard to find. Located in the center of the city (photo looks like a different location). Google maps took us to another location. Go through their website to get directions! Staff here is GREAT!!! Friendly, helpful, and just nice people. Room was nice and very clean! Breakfast was excellent.

We had a wonderful stay at All-Suite Resort Oetztal. Excellent place!!! The apartment was spacious, spotless, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The hotel facilities were excellent, making our stay both comfortable and enjoyable. The location is fantastic, right next to a large supermarket, making it very convenient, and it's an excellent base for exploring the area. A special thank you to Ivan at the reception. He was incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to...

The property was located in one of the prettiest towns I’ve ever been in. A plus is there is a hike that leads to some amazing views along the river. You get to hike through caves and over multiple bridges (was freaking dope). Expedia noted laundry but there was no laundry available on site.

Great location for seeing area attractions. Also nice local restaurants with easy walking distance. The service and staff were excellent. I really enjoyed the morning breakfast that is complementary. They even had gluten free bread to accommodate my gluten allergy.

Perfect location if you desire the beauty of the mountains without a crush of visitors, near the bus line and village center.

Beautiful viiew of the tallest mountain in Germany. Close to central station but located in old city. Loved it!

The location of the hotel is in a quiet part of the city Garmisch-Partenkirchen only 5 minutes by foot to the pedestrian area with many shops and restaurants. Hotel staff was very friendly. Breakfast and dinner (half board) was excellent. So many things are well considered and taken care of by the hotel staff, e.g. in the morning our car was cleaning from snow falling through the night. Our room was spacy and recently renovated.

Great stay with wonderful breakfast and amenities

Very excellent

Second time staying here, and everything was awesome just like the first time.

Great place to stay.

Excellent for access to the castle and easy hotel parking.

We had a fantastic stay at the Ameron Neuschwanstein Alpsee Resort. The room was absolutely beautiful—elegantly designed, comfortable, and with breathtaking views of the Alpsee. The staff went above and beyond, especially Tomy at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our visit. Breakfast each morning was a treat—fresh, delicious, and with a great variety. Highly recommend this resort for anyone visiting this area.
