“Perfect”

“We stayed for three nights in an Executive suite. The room was excellent, with a stunning view, and it was truly outstanding. From the moment we arrived, everything related to the Gala benefits and access to the King David Lounge was handled perfectly. The spa, the breakfast We received exceptional service throughout our stay. The beach is so close and convenient! Thank you very much for your wonderful hospitality. We had a fantastic time!”

“We arrived at the hotel and were greeted by a Sea & Rent representative, only to be told that we were assigned a first-floor room—despite specifically booking a garden-level unit with direct access to the garden and pool. When we asked for an explanation, he casually told us the guests in the garden room had decided to stay an extra night. We expressed our frustration, pointing out that this wasn’t our issue, and his response was shocking: “It is what it is. You don’t want it? Goodbye!”—and then...
