Getting in was a little bit dicey as the doors were locked but we were able to have a neighbor help us. Once we were in, we were greeted with such care and the caretaker even mapped out our day for us. She is so incredibly kind..the room is unbelievably clean and stocked with quick breakfast foods!

The arrival experience was fantastic. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful in pointing out the places to visit and went above to guide me on the map based on my questions. The room was extremely clean and the location was in a central location accessible to the city center, transportation, restaurants and supermarket. Will definitely make this place my first choice when I visit Milan again.

Housekeeping daily js very nice and restock everything each day. Location is good and safe. Can be noisy due to the trams passing by, so ear plugs are helpful. Good food options nearby and easy to get to shopping area and duomo

Highly recommend! We arrived very late and were graciously met . Lots of detailed attention in the apartment for this tired traveler. From lemony moist towelettes in our bathroom to the yummy snacks and fabulous coffee set up, made for a great spot to settle into Milan. Very walkable to the Duomo . We love the music at Gatto Cafe and then the gelato at Umberto Gelateria, both within 2 blocks!

Loved, loved loved this hotel. Great location for exploring Milan, only 15 minute walk to Duomo. Excellent service and they will go out of their way to make your stay the best. Great information provided on check in & studio room was awesome & very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

A Delightful Stay in Milan

The manager was very kind and provided information about tourist attractions and shopping areas around Milan, which made my stay very convenient. Additionally, the facilities at the accommodation were better than anywhere else and I was very satisfied. I will definitely choose the same accommodation the next time I visit Milan.

Small room but have everything you need. It has a kitchen. Tatiana is the best host and very accommodating. She helped us from start to finish and even gave us suggestions on what to do as well as ordered as taxi when we left. She’s very thorough. I would stay again if Tatiana is still there.

My room was super. The staff at this property ate second to none. It’s central without being crazy and loud. Totally recommend. The parking is across the street and the hotel gives you a discount. It was such a great stay and I will stay again.
