We had an amazing time here! The location was amazing and convenient with the M4 like 2 minutes away and a regional station 10 mins away on foot. The ladies running it were also amazing, fast and clear communication, even let us leave our bags after we checked out so we could keep looking around the city. Room was very clean and comfortable. Beautiful room and bathroom, very modern and clean. Unfortunately in a quieter neighbourhood that is not close to the city centre, it is about 40+ minutes walking distance. There is a metro station right outside which is great, but there was a train strike/shutdown during my stay so I had to walk quite far to get anywhere.

Did not realize it was not a hotel so I was not excepting for instructions for check in but everything went smoothly once I managed to contact the staff. The room is small but very cozy and decorated with taste.

Place looked like a brand new. The first night there was a little noise (around midnight). There was going a renovation in the building and that made noise around at eight in the morning. That would have been nice to know advance. Otherwise good place to stay.

Comfortable stay with lovely decor

Our stay at Ca Belà was great. We arrived after hours so the property manager sent very clear instructions about how to check in. The instructions looked complicated at first, but when we arrived it was very straightforward. We found our room easily, which was very clean and nicely decorated. It was brilliant having a common room area to make tea and coffee and to get drinking water. The biscuits available were a nice touch and the communal balcony was a lovely surprise.

The kitchen is communal but the room was comfortable enough and the communal space was easily shared. It was nice to have a balcony and the sofa bed was already made. The only reason for loss of stars is the horrible smell coming out of the drains in the bathroom - we had to keep the door conatantly shut and dreaded going in there. There was always a few spots available on the street for our car and paying with the app made this a breeze. Right beside the metro and close to a grocery store.

Outstanding

Absolutely wonderful stay. Great communication, and kind people taking care of the property. Right by Metro. Very quiet room with a beautiful view of the park. Strong shower. Lovely kitchen area with working fridge. The kettle didn’t boil fully but that was a tiny thing in an otherwise perfect stay. Highly recommend.

Ariana was not attentive or helpful especially when it came to the air in our room. I texted her on WhatsApp and she was not responsive other than one option and when I told her that didn’t work she did not respond. The room felt humid/muggy and smelt like sewer. Construction I assume going on so it was very noisy and the second “bed” was so uncomfortable. I’d describe my stay as a motel stay with a nice bathroom. Do not recommend.
