The room is really nice however it was not clean. there are spiderwebs and spiders, strong smell go mold, hairs in the shower and on the bed. I haven't meet any of the staff so I can't comment on that, the amenities was great, the shared area with the little kitchen was great

We had an amazing time here! The location was amazing and convenient with the M4 like 2 minutes away and a regional station 10 mins away on foot. The ladies running it were also amazing, fast and clear communication, even let us leave our bags after we checked out so we could keep looking around the city. Room was very clean and comfortable. There is no airport shuttle from Linate airport here, but the Susa Metro (M4 blue) line is right across the street, if you come up the correct street exit that is! Our room and the common area where you can make coffee or tea was very clean. Someone has available for cleaning. It seems daily until 3 PM. Ca Bela management seems to be available & responsive on WhatsApp a lot which is nice Pretty quiet location, except for these sometimes obnoxious motorcycles speeding down the street. There’s a dog & children’s park across the street too!

Did not realize it was not a hotel so I was not excepting for instructions for check in but everything went smoothly once I managed to contact the staff. The room is small but very cozy and decorated with taste.

Beautiful room and bathroom, very modern and clean. Unfortunately in a quieter neighbourhood that is not close to the city centre, it is about 40+ minutes walking distance. There is a metro station right outside which is great, but there was a train strike/shutdown during my stay so I had to walk quite far to get anywhere.

Outstanding

Absolutely wonderful stay. Great communication, and kind people taking care of the property. Right by Metro. Very quiet room with a beautiful view of the park. Strong shower. Lovely kitchen area with working fridge. The kettle didn’t boil fully but that was a tiny thing in an otherwise perfect stay. Highly recommend.

Comfortable stay with lovely decor

Our stay at Ca Belà was great. We arrived after hours so the property manager sent very clear instructions about how to check in. The instructions looked complicated at first, but when we arrived it was very straightforward. We found our room easily, which was very clean and nicely decorated. It was brilliant having a common room area to make tea and coffee and to get drinking water. The biscuits available were a nice touch and the communal balcony was a lovely surprise.

Place looked like a brand new. The first night there was a little noise (around midnight). There was going a renovation in the building and that made noise around at eight in the morning. That would have been nice to know advance. Otherwise good place to stay.

The kitchen is communal but the room was comfortable enough and the communal space was easily shared. It was nice to have a balcony and the sofa bed was already made. The only reason for loss of stars is the horrible smell coming out of the drains in the bathroom - we had to keep the door conatantly shut and dreaded going in there. There was always a few spots available on the street for our car and paying with the app made this a breeze. Right beside the metro and close to a grocery store.

I was under the impression this would be a hotel, but it’s more like a Airbnb that rents rooms independently. I tried multiple times to pre-register on the links provided, but couldn’t get them to work. What it meant was I was checking in on a street corner taking pictures of my passport and sending it so I could get instructions on how to get inside the room. When I arrived, I found the rooms were being cleaned. Thankfully our room was available.
