My booking I arrived at the property and it hadn't been cleaned the cleaner arrived as I arrived and I arrived an hour after checking inarrived at the property at 3 the cleaner arrived 1 hour after I got there at 4pm I had to wait and hour for her I had to sit on the stairs and wait for her to clean for 40 minutes. after she left I checked and the room was not clean floor still dirty surfaces not clean properly including bathroom. this was very unsatisfactory. I
