Perfect stay after long hour flight
It was a perfect stay after long flight and arriving late. They offer free shuttle which pre-reservation is required and the staff who greeted us almost midnight was very pleasant and flexibly helpful. The room was not that spacious but got everything we need with comfortable good quality bedding. If you arrive late and need a place for rest, I recommend this hotel.

Good for early flight from Milano Malpensa Airport
공항에서 15분내 거리입니다. 무료 shuttle이 제공됩니다. 아침식사는 그저 그렇습니다. 별로 먹을 것이 없는 듯.. 공항에 가는 경로 중에 있는 주유소에는 신용카드가 안되고 현금만 됩니다. 현금이 다 떨어져서 결국 못채우고 갔습니다. 참고하세요.

편안한 하루 - 힐튼 가든 인 말펜사
말펜사 공항에서는 거리는 멀었지만, 공항셔틀을 미리 예약하면 이동에 편리했음. 주변이 조용하고 편안한 시골 풍경을 느낄 수 있어 좋았음.

15 min walk and you can go to train station and go to Milan cheaper than go to Malpensa airport and take a bus or train to Milan. Before 22:45 you can reserve a seat in hotel bus service if you landed in Malpensa. We landed 00:45am and we did take taxi from airport for €27.50 Breakfast is ok Room was ok Bathroom needed a update I think Overall I recommend

We had a pleasant comfortable stay. Location was close to airport , shuttle bus was on time, only would be even better if it runs every half hour then hourly, or time on demand as there are 7 of us to fill the whole car. Breakfast was very good.

The complimentary shuttle service to Terminal 1/2 Malpenza Airport accessible to commute to any places in Milan to Rome, Venice by Train or bus. Amazing Buffet Service and Dinner order Ala Carte Pizza was superb - crust was still soft in the morning as leftover snack. Ordered Steak not enjoyable was chewy and hard. Ensure to improve and promote your convenience store more selection for guests to purchase necessities if needed. But overall amazing staff - especially Larisse Grazie Mille. Arrivaderci.

Your cottage needs to be updated. The stairs are too steep for an older couple. Your air conditioner doesn’t work. Thankfully we were able to change rooms. Your main hotel was very clean and comfortable. Your grounds were beautiful.

We love the junior suites that have 2 rooms in one! Great for family with pre-teens that want own space but not separate room. It would be great if the calcetto table was fixed! It's kinda sad with that many players missing legs/heads or entire bodies!

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr sauberes Zimmer (sogar 3 Flaschen Wasser als Gastgeschenk im Kühlschrank), Frühstück auch top. Das einzige das Hotel ist etwas abgelegen von Milan ca.1h aber dafür sehr nah am Flughafen Malpensa, deshalb habe ich nichts zu meckern. Ich würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen und empfehlen.!

We stayed one night here. Hotel was clean and check in staff were very efficient and helpful. Location is about 15 min drive from the airport but was further from city centre than expected but didn’t affect our plans. We booked the shuttle for pick up from the airport but unfortunately we weren’t advised of the pick up spot when booking and when I messaged a couple of days beforehand to confirm, the hotel’s reply didn’t come through. We did get it sorted and were able to arrange pick up by the next shuttle. Just be sure to confirm shuttle location at time of booking to avoid these issues. Staff was very apologetic about the issue. All in all though we had a pleasant stay and definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff were very friendly and professional. Room and the building were clean and nice. We asked for the shuttle to the Malpensa airport and the shuttle was ready on time. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
