Our hostess was lovely. She met us on time and was very helpful. The room was very clean and bright. The location was great and we could walk to everything. We would definitely recommend staying here.

I would definitely recommend this place not only it was clean and it has a small kitchen but also what impressed me the most was my aunt left her expensive purse and they were very honest and returned it to us. We definitely appreciated the manager and the cleaners who communicated with me during the process of sending the purse back in US.

We love the place and the area. It’s a quick walk to the church and shopping. Host was great. It happened to be in the 90s outside so a hot day. Air condition could not keep up. Other than that great clean nice safe place to stay. I recommend.

good apartment in a great safe area

The apartment is located in the heart of the city, 3 -5 minute walk to the Duomo. The apartment itself is very nice, everything is updated and very comfortable for 2 people. Three may be a push, especially if staying more than 2 nights. The hostess was very attentive, we asked for a taxi and she booked it for us right away without any delays. Overall a good apartment in a great safe area.

The apartment was clean and well located, and overall it met our basic needs. However, the air conditioning was not strong enough for the space, specially during the summer heat. Unfortunately, this made it difficult to sleep comfortably at night, which affected our overall stay. With better cooling or additional fans, the experience would have been much improved. For that reason I gave it one star overall rating.

The owner was really nice and the place was clean. It’s walking distance to everything you needed near Duomo. The only thing is you can hear everything from the outside so it was kind of hard to have a good night sleep. I also hope they would provide a blanket not just a sheet.

Location was great, but other than that it was only OK. Could use a deep clean, baseboards, floor, walls, etc. No curtains or drapes. And unbelievably loud. There is a nightclub below and the music went on until early morning at an extremely high volume.

Esperienza estremamente negativa con Easyhomes. Il forno a microonde, che ci serviva per sterilizzare oggetti essenziali per la nostra bambina piccola, era guasto all'arrivo. Questo ha creato un serio problema di igiene e sicurezza, poiché la sterilizzazione con microonde è una pratica comune e raccomandata per garantire la pulizia di biberon e altri accessori. Nonostante la segnalazione e la documentazione del malfunzionamento, nessuno si è preso cura di risolvere il problema né ha offerto alcuna forma di compensazione, un comportamento inaccettabile dati i disagi e l’importo pagato per il soggiorno. In aggiunta, abbiamo dovuto affrontare un persistente e sgradevole odore proveniente dal cestino dei rifiuti, anche se usato solo per carta e plastica, che rendeva l’aria irrespirabile ogni volta che veniva aperto. Anche in questo caso, una promessa di intervento di pulizia è rimasta lettera morta e l'intervento di pulizia é avvenuto solo dopo molteplici solleciti. La totale mancanza di attenzione verso le esigenze dei clienti, soprattutto in presenza di una bambina piccola, rende la struttura non consigliabile. Sconsiglio vivamente Easyhomes per chi cerca serietà e rispetto.

Bruyant même si accueil top

Si l’appartement est très bien, propre, en bonne état etc… La communication et l’accueil très bien aussi. Mais l’appartement n’est pas isolé (les fenêtres) du coup on a l’impression de dormir dans la rue qui en plus est très bruyante. Enfin le matelas du lit est une catastrophe. Dommage car cela impact de manière très importante la qualité du séjour.

Très bon séjour dans l'appartement ! L'emplacement est idéal, tout à pieds à 5 minutes du Duomo. Nous avons laissé la voiture au parking juste à côté 2 nuits pour 60 euros. L'appartement est moderne, trés calme avec tout ce qu'il faut. Il y a un coin nuit et le canapé lit ds le salon est immense (trés confortable pour dormir). Nous etions 4 adultes , pas de problème pour manger car table avec rallonge. L'appartement est vraiment fonctionnel, la climatisation a zte appréciée. Le point réellement impressionnant c'est la communication avec le gérant. Il est extrêmement reactif, tout se passe par WhatsApp et il fait tout pour nous satisfaire. Bravo.Je tiens à le remercier pour son accueil . Si nous revenons à Milan nous vizndrons ici.
