넓고 정리가 잘 되어있지만, 홈페이지 정보와 다른점이 많음
객실이 모두 다른 위치에 있습니다(제공된 정보의 위치와 다름) 대부분 두오모를 중심으로 5-10분 거리에 위치합니다. 정확한 위치를 알수 없기 때문에 역에서 반드시 호텔관리자와 연락을 취해야 합니다. cerva boutique house 는 엘레베이터 없는 건물의 약 4층 이였습니다. 짐이 있었지만 체크인 아웃시 호텔 관리자가 방문해야 했기에 도움을 주었습니다. 아파트는 넓고 관리가 잘 되어있으며 2박이상 숙박시 추천합니다. 체크아웃시간은 10:30분 이였고,아침은 빵, 쨈, 칩, 쿠키, 음료 등을 미리 아파트 내에 준비해두어 개인이 알아서 먹는것.

Late checkin fee50유로 주차장 주차비 50유로 합계 100유로 추가 지불하였다. 차량을 찾으면서 계산대에 찍힌 실제 주차비는 40유료였던 것 같다. 비행기 도착시간과 당일 심한 안개와 생소한 지리는 레이트 첵인이 적용되는 20시를 넘기게 한다. 그 보다도 레이트 첵인 페널티 자체가 말이 안 된다고 생각한다. 도착 예정시각을 이메일로 알려 주었고 거의 그 시간에 당도 하였지만 소용 없었다. 선불결재시스템 또한 이런 이용자의 손해를 유발 가중시킬 수 있다고 본다. 예약당시에 구체적 페널티 내용을 알려 주어야 한다. 주변 주차장 이용 가격도 구체적이고 정확히 제시 되어야 한다. 처음부터 알았다면 이곳을 예약하지 않았을 것이며 다른 곳이나 공항 주변에 예약 했을 것이다. 앞으로 hotel.com을 이용하는 일은 없을 것 같다.

밀라노 두오모 근처의 깨끗하고 편안한 숙소
두오모에서 도보로 5~10분 거리에 있어 이동에 불편함은 없습니다. 세 가족이 1박을 하였는데, 방 크기는 약간 작은 편이나 앉아서 쉴 수 있는 테라스가 있고 침대나 화장실이 아주 청결한 느낌이라 만족하고 이용하였습니다. 안심하고 이용할 수 있는 숙소인 것 같습니다. 단, 아파트가 몇군데 더 있어 정확한 숙소 위치를 확인하고 방문하는 것이 필요할 것입니다.

Personne à notre arrivée. L'état général de l'appartement à tendance à se dégrader. Parasol hors d'usage sur la terrasse, manque de très nombreuses ampoules et difficulté à régler les climatisations car les télécommandes ne fonctionnent plus. Les piles sont HS.

I initially booked the hotel thinking that it was in one location which seemed really close to the Duomo. My main interest was the location yet where they had the address was the location of their check in counter & office. The rooms are scattered around the center of Milan and the one we stayed was quite a distance to walk to Duomo and other tourist attractions. The room was not cool at all depite having a loud air-conditioning running the whole time. The beds were too soft, wobbly and mattress seemed old. Quite a dissapointing stay overall.

Spacious for a European room..was really a mini apartment. Had many amenities including fullly stocked kitchen. Hot water was a bit challenging at times. But we were very glad the apartment had air conditioning. Note: our apartment building had no elevator. We would stay again.

The best location, nice, clean and spaceful room. Very very nice and helpful staff. We arrived at 10pm and the gentleman at reception was very helpful at check-in and checkout. However, very very disappointed about the so called "included breakfast". The only food for our (4 people) breakfast was four tiny pieces of biscuits, four finger size pieces of peanut bread sticks, some instant tea bags and instant coffee, two bottle water. Very disappointed that they claimed the above as "breakfast"!!! Further, they charge euro20 for cleaning fee which is not usual as other hotels.

Hemeras Not-So-Boutique
Initially when we were searching for accommodations, Hemeras Boutique Apart-Hotel stood out because of the beautiful pictures. But be warned, they own a number of rooms around Milan so you need to know which one you are renting. Upon arriving to Milan Linate airport, we had to take a cab which cost about 20 euros to the Hemeras office. We had to go to the head office to get the keys and then walk about a block with our bags to the place we were staying at. If you have heavy bags, be warned that some of the accommodations have no elevator and narrow staircases so be ready to carry them. After checking in, the accommodations were ok, it was clean and there were bottles of water and a few snacks provided. The area we were in seemed sketchy but I guess many of Milan’s side streets look that way. There was one restaurant open about a block away and we were lucky since it was so late. We did feel safe being in the building because there were 2 sets of locked doors at the entrance to get into the building. Overall, if we had to visit Milan again, I think we would book a hotel that was closer to the main square with more restaurants nearby.

Die Lage ist einzigartig! Alles ist in Mailand daher zu Fuß zu erledigen. Im übrigen bleibt man in der gut ausgestatteten Wohnung unbehelligt, d.h. man hält die Wohnung selbst sauber und kümmert sich um Kaffeekapseln für die Kaffeemaschine sowie alle sonstigen Zutaten. Erstaunt waren wir, als jemand tagsüber die Wohnungstür mit einem Schlüssel öffnete, als wir in der Wohnung waren. Der Mann war ebenfalls verblüfft und verschwand mit seinem Koffer sofort, als ich die Türe aufmachte. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Goed en vriendelijk personeel. Schone kamer die erg centraal ligt. Ook goede schoonmaak en goede voorzieningen in het appartement. Personeel probeerde het verblijf zo goed mogelijk te maken, kijken samen naar opties waardoor wij eerder konden inchecken. Wij hebben enorm van het appartement en de service genoten!

Un po’ piccolo ma super attrezzato. Abbiamo apprezzato la gentilezza (tè, caffè, biscotti..). Ottima la possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio anche dopo il check out. Vicinissimo a Piazza Duomo.

So so
Spacious room but charged us a cleaning fee for €20 and only came once throughout our stay. Not really qualified to be a “hotel” but more of an rented apartment.

Dear Owen, thank you for the time spend giving that review. The cleaning cost that was charged , is the cost for the final cleaning , not for the cleaning during the stay. L appartamento è grande e confortevole, molto pulito e centralissimo. Il personale che ci ha accolto è stato gentilissimo e professionale. Consiglierò Hemeras ad amici e parenti. Unica pecca problemi nella comunicazione al check in ed abbiamo atteso 20 minuti in strada, il personale si è scusato e ha spiegato che è stato un problema accezionale legato a più arrivi alla stessa ora, per scusarsi ci hanno offerto un servizio in più che avevamo richiesto.

Muy lindo y muy bien ubicado
El departamento muy amplio y muy bien ubicado. Estaba muy limpio y totalmente equipado para ir en familia. Todo funcionaba correctamente.
