Staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, as an elderly non speaking Italian this was extremely helpful. Nothing was to much trouble and the room was very clean, and the buffet breakfast was really good.

This is NOT even close to a 4-star hotel. The hotel is old, dirty and in the worst part of Monza near the train station. The breakfast was ok but not even close to the price charged. The area is noisy and near a pack of fast food restaurants. The bed was as hard as a rock. NEVER AGAIN.

I had a very good time in Royal Falcone. I ate well at the restaurant recommended by staff. The next day I was able to easily fulfill my work commitment in Monza.

This hotel was a perfect location. Booking a hotel in Italy coming from Canada is tough as there are so so many to look at. I didn’t realize this Hotel was in Monza, but the train station was so close. The shopping plaza was just across from the traffic circle with amazing shops and dining. The room was big enough for three of us and very comfortable. Staff was great and helpful with all questions.

Refreshing break

Wonderful break, great location 3mins walk to train station and 9-15mins train journey to Milan Central. Marco - thank you for looking after us during breakfast time (Veg - fresh juice)!!! Reception staff - excellent. Simple check-in process and room as expected.

Convenient location near train station and center of Monza, great breakfast and friendly kitchen staff. Property is clean and safe. Bed was very comfortable and room had minibar. Maintenance issues in bathroom was only downside, which I never experienced staying there before ( toilet wasn't working properly, and lighting over the sink was out) - but I was too tired to report it and try to change rooms, which I expect they would have done.

Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Terrible service staff is unbelievably rude was scheduled to stay for 5 night checked out after the first night. Room was so dirty no heat and it was freezing no hot water staff didn’t seem to care. Was told since I was checking out early they would honor a refund when I didn’t see one get issues hotels.com contacted the hotel who then refused to refund the unused night. Really horrible experience and a total was of money.

Re-located to a different hotel 2.4km away!

I booked the Hotel Royal Falcone through Hotels.com, due to its proximity to the railway station, unfortunately on the day of the stay the hotel emailed me to say I had been re-located to a different hotel around 2.4km away from the station. The staff at Royal Falcone were extremely helpful and arranged a taxi for me for that night to get me to the alternative hotel but I had to pay €40 for the taxi back to the station the next morning.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und haben den Tag und Abend in Monza genossen. Sehr zentrale Lage mit Tiefgarage (sehr eng). Gutes Frühstück, check out bis 12 Uhr möglich. Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden.
