The staff were exceptionally helpful. Very friendly. The desk attendant , Nicolo, was able to get us into our room very early after a long flight. We were offered complimentary refreshments as well. The restaurant staff were also very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is a 15 minute walk to the train station and only three metro stops from the Duomo. Very convenient. We would stay there again.
