Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Our stay in Milan was a horrible experience. We got stuck in the lift and the emergency services had to rescue us. The apartment was extremely dirty, and the bed was very uncomfortable. We also did not have blankets. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this apartment.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
This was our least favorite stay of the honeymoon. Check-in was more complicated than expected. The reception desk where you collect the keys is about an 8 to 10 minute walk from the actual room, and we were given three separate keys for different entry points along with several instructions to remember. Communication with the property was also handled through AI, which made getting help feel less personal. At first glance the room looked nice, but the cleanliness was disappointing. We found old feminine hygiene products and used Q-tips in the drawers, trash still left in the bins from previous guests, and a bathroom caddy sitting on the shower floor with old standing water inside it. The shower floor was discolored and dirty, the washing machine was disgusting, and the floors did not feel properly cleaned. The bed only had two pillows and sheets with no comforter, and the balcony door was left open when we arrived. We had to clean parts of the room ourselves before feeling comfortable using them. No daily room service was provided, and the attendant at the property was rarely at the desk and not very helpful. The room has potential, but it felt poorly cleaned and poorly maintained. Overall, 2 out of 5 stars.
