Convenient location for metro and last supper museum visit. Like the luggage storage service before check in and after checkout. Basic kitchen supplies which are good for a very simple meal preparation. Pretty noisy at night.

The property was close to bars, cafes, and restaurants. The Duomo, Brera, and Sforzesco was walkable. The staff let us check out a bit later without charge. What I didn’t like was the washroom was so narrow it’s hard to do your business, there’s no air vents in the washroom, and no toiletries (like shampoo) provided. The floors were also dirty when we arrived; I know this bc my white socks were brown after walking around. There’s also no couch so relaxing had to be on the bed (there was a table and outdoor chair). Not a bad stay; not a great stay. It was somewhere to sleep and shower.

Clean room, keyless entry was very convenient. Property is in super convenient location right outside a train/public transport stop and surrounded by many cafes and restaurants. Very walkable to main sites in Milan. Highly recommend. Only reason I gave it several 4 out 5 starships the room size. Very tight for 2 and AC is super noisy.

O quarto era muito limpo, os funcionários que nos receberam eram bem educados. Não tivemos um quarto com vista para o lago, era com vista para o elevador da parte interna do prédio. O ar condicionado funcionou bem, a localização era ótima tem tudo por perto. Sobre o quarto um detalhe que poderia melhorar é ter um local melhor para apoiar as malas

Adequate room- microwave did not work and did not respond to request to fix. Room very cramped- could barely squeeze around side/foot of bed. Check in required confusing photo session which took over an hour to sort out.- nearly in tears- requiring What’s app texting. Location is excellent- just outside Cadorna train/metro stop. Grocery close by, several restaurants. Quiet area at night. Elevator a real help!

Great location and comfortable room. Front desk staff were very accommodating and helpful. Located 2 mins from the train station which was very useful! Only issue we had was that the air con unit made some very loud noises when in use and the tv did not connect to the internet for us. But overall, a nice place to stay for a few days and I would definitely return!

Eu achei o apartamento super bem localizado, com elevador, arejado, com varanda. Ele é pequeno, mas atendeu minha demanda. Observações: ter um espelho grande no quarto e achei o colchão um pouco desconfortável. Acredito que a troca por colchões mais encorpados elevaria a hospedagem.

The studio apartment was clean and in very good condition. The host were very helpful and there's always an emergency contact at night. On our last night, the power went out and got on to the emergency number and everything was fixed immediately. Will definitely come back.

The room was clean and the staff helpful (kept my luggage after check out hours). However, there was a smell in the room, and the bathroom was very narrow, making it a bit hard to move. But the most inconvenient part of the stay, was the fact that in the morning of the check out (28/10), a while after 8:00 o clock there was a crane doing maintenance work at the balcony exactly next to mine. The result was that it woke me up and to make matters worse, there were constant loud thuds for the whole 3 hours left till the check-out. I was trying to work, which was very troublesome in terms of focus and couldn’t even take a bath before leaving, as the work that was being done (I assume with some kind of hammer) made the wall “tremble”. I can understand the fact that works need to be done, but considering this is a “hotel” building, it would have been thoughtful for the customers to try to have any such work done at least closer to the check out time. This both woke me up and made my working from the room very difficult.

I would stay here again. Everything was great. Tv didn’t work but I received late check out instead and we didn’t have time to watch tv anyway. Balcony is beautiful.
