The property was dirty when we arrived who leave a bathroom not clean we had to clean it it was raining and it was leaking in the bathroom there was mold in the shower I deserve compensation for this it’s not worth what I paid

Prédio antigo. Aquecedor de água com limite de litros para água quente no chuveiro. Elevador mais escadas para quem ficar no piso superior. Check in é feito em outro local. Não tem nenhum funcionário no prédio . Ar condicionado bom. Instalações simples .Ralo do chuveiro entupido. Ferro de passar roupa não funcionava e nem a cafeteira . Odor forte de madeira e mofo.

Unfortunately the property is in really poor conditions, as if it is just about to be completely refurbished. There were stains and holes on the furniture and walls, broken components, very old piping/infrastructure, dusty decor, the fridge (must have been at least 20y old) was making a loud noise all day and all night, ruining my sleep, leaking shower... I'm sure I'm forgetting some more details. I would not recommend a stay here - worst property i have been to in a long time....

The apartment had a very basic interior. It was a rooftop apartment but an AC installed, so it was nicely cooled down pretty fast. And the location is absolutely amazing. It's in the core of Milan and everything is reachable within a few minutes. So if you need a place to stay, primarily to sleep, it is an absolute recommendation. And the host was so helpful and kind.

Great location. Property was a little 'tired' but acceptable. When we went to leave our luggage with the teception after checking out we couldnt find anyone & were told to 'wait' by a surly member of staff. After waiting an age we paid to leave our luggage elsewhere.

O local é maravilhoso, mas o hotel é terrível

Para encontrar o local de pegar as chaves foi muito difícil, e a pessoa responsável não facilitou a nossa procura. o quarto tinha um andar acima , porém era horrível, o ar condicionado não funcionava e era muito quente ficar naquele quarto, o banheiro estava mal conservado e o box quebrado. Além do chuveiro que pingava para todos os lados menos para o banho.

Overall it was very disappointing. The room that was shown on Expedia’s website that I assumed I had booked was much much nicer and more spacious than the one we got. Though the boys who checked us in were very nice, the state of the unit could also be improved. The bottom of the shower curtain in the downstairs bathroom is disgustingly stained and dirty and it’s a cheap one so easily replaced. One of the outlets has its frame broken off and overall the place is just a bit shabby. In addition, it’s very noisy first thing in the morning with garbage trucks!! The one saving grace about the place is it’s location which was ideal snd the fact that it is in a beautiful and safe building! When we saw the building we were excited to see the unit and were incredibly disappointed upon doing so!!
