The apartment was spectacular—spacious and very clean—and the location was very convenient, close to many restaurants and shops. It isn't right next to the Duomo, but if you decide to walk there, the 35-minute walk doesn't feel long at all. I found the public transport to be excellent and easy to use.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, the experience was very good. The only drawback was the location. When booking, it appeared to be about a 5-minute walk from Milan Central Station, but it actually took around 19 minutes to reach the hotel. Other than that, everything else was great, and we enjoyed our stay.

What a great place to stay while in Milan. Very handy to the Centrale Station, No. 1 tram stop right outside. The bathroom was exceptionally big and the shower was awesome. Plenty of room in the apartment. The washing machine and dishwasher were so useful. Only cooked once but the set up was great. The supplies were plentiful. We loved it except for the bed. It was too firm for us, but everybody has different tastes. Highly recommend.

Over all property was clean. Loved the space. The bed mattress was broken on the left side. We made it work and didn't complain. The host was very nice and accommodating to my family.

We enjoyed our stay at Milan retreats the staff were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had via what’s app-location is very close to the central train station and flat east walk

Very nice accommodation

Very helpful staff, clear instructions for check in process Location is very good, just off the central station. We did a day trip to Venice on the second day, so this was a perfect location to take train.
