The property is exactly as explained. The room was perfectly clean and well equipped, except the kitchen could’ve used a cutting board and dish towels. But I realize that’s trivial check-in and checkout was a very simple and easy to do. The location was perfect. I would definitely recommend with no hesitation.

Great location- easy walking distance to most major attractions- the Duomo, Castello Sforcesco and Santa Maria de la Grazia (Last Supper). The suite is well appointed and everything needed is provided - coffee, tea, shampoo, shower gel and body lotions (Lanvin) - as well as toothbrushes and pastes and even ear plugs (should flag that due to the very central location it is a little noisier as lots of traffic but the ear plugs provided help a great deal).

The apartment was beautiful and clean, the hosts were quick to respond and assist in any way. This is in a fantastic location, it’s close to the castle and a short walk from the duomo. Check in was so easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Mix up in communication about check in . No hot water , but we managed to fix that . No hand soap in toilets. But once we got over that , the apartment is in a fabulous location for the metro , supermarket opposite, cash point at the end of the road plus all the lovely restaurants in Brera.

We loved this place! It was like a fifth story luxury apartment. All the amenities you need are available in the apartment. Plus a beautiful view of the city at sunrise and night lights. In the morning you can sip your espresso while gazing at the Duomo from two beautiful balconies. Public transportation and cabs are easy to access. All the top sights are within walking distance, with many adorable shops and restaurants minutes from the front door. If you want to live like a fancy local for five days in Milan, stay here!

Make sure to have data when you arrive. The best pro, is that they are extremely responsive on What’s App. When you arrive, you’re greeted by one of their employees. In my case, I was greeted by Yousef, who made stay easier. He guided me to my room, answered all of my questions and concerns, and even managed to get me back to the hotel, when I got lost in Milan, and also helped me even after hours after 5pm. The room matches the pictures. The elevator, is not the most the pleasant experience. Although, they are responsive on What’s App, having a reception or a human being able to reach out, is sometimes a better option. In my case, Yousef, really helped me a lot, since I don’t speak Italian. One con, is that the bed itself was slightly tilted in the middle and small. It’s the size of a twin bed. Another con, is that the room is slightly humid. Kitchen is clean. Pros, there’s a washing machine and there’s a place laundromat to iron clothe. The balcony gives you a nice view to the city. The curtains are somewhat see through for both the curtains or the balcony and the curtains of the windup in the bathroom, which feels like your privacy is being invaded.

I had an excellent stay here — truly a five‑star experience. The staff were warm and friendly, and everything from check‑in to check‑out was smooth and stress‑free. My room was spotless, quiet, and well‑equipped, which made it really easy to relax every day. The location couldn’t have been better, with quick access to all the main attractions and super convenient transportation options. I would absolutely stay here again. The only minor issue was the Wi‑Fi, which wasn’t very stable at times. But aside from that, everything else was outstanding.

Great location, with two metro stops near by you can get anywhere in the area easily. Staff was super attentive and worked hard to address questions. Space is thoughtfully designed and efficiently used. My only concern is I’m 2m tall and the ceiling in the loft is low. That said, would rebook next time in Milan.

Milano Suites was fantastic. Beautiful, clean apartment with everything you need. Close to everything, including eating and shopping. Management are easily contactable and went above and beyond when we arrived as we did not know where to go and a lovely young man came to assist us. Not happy

I was not happy pictures are not what the hire looks like, very disappointed. If I would have known and seen the correct pictures I would have not stayed here. I am asking for refund or partial refund for them deceiving, I also did not like to have a guy in my room when I arrived sitting in the kitchen asking me to pay them. They could have done this a different way. Made hole family feel uncomfortable. Place was dusty too not happy with this.
