The service and hotel is actually great, location is fantastic walkable to the major things you wanna see. The only down side is that the lift is tiny (which they can't help) and the bed mattress is sagging (now this needs replacing) that I woke up with sore back.

Great stay.

The hotel is near the atractiva that I w antes to see. The room was little, like most on Europe, but clean and had everything we needed. The employees were polite and helpful. The only thing is they need more, the ones that work at the front desk sometimes are the only ones there. A couple of times I arrived at night and there was no one at the front desk, probably the employee was attending other chores. But we had a great stay there.

Murs en carton ou on entend les voisins. Sous les pompeuses apparences d'un grand hôtel chic, ils nous chargent le prix des bouteilles d'eau. À l'accueil, on ne nous indique rien du fonctionnement de la chambre. Pas de toilettes en bas, à l'entrée. Malheureusement, cette aventure nous a déçus, en grande partie à cause de cet hôtel. Milan est devenue un mauvais souvenir. Qui l'eut cru??!! 2 touristes qui ne reviendront plus.

Vom Dom und den Einkaufsstrassen gut erreichbar. Tram Verbindung direkt vor dem Haus, Metro nur ca. 2-3 Minuten zu Fuss. Frühstück für 15 Euro pro Person eher mageres Buffet für diesen Preis.

Cuando llegue hacer el check in al hotel, no tenían la habitación según porque estaban arreglando el aire acondicionado. Y nos tuvieron que mover a otro de sus hoteles más lejos del centro de Milán. Pero de esto no nos avisaron antes, ni un mensaje nada, y no fuimos los Únicos que nos pasó fuimos varios huéspedes.
