The room was very spacious and clean. Overall ambience is "up-scale, hipster hostel". The location is amazing - walkable from just about anywhere in the city, and close to Metro and trains/buses to multiple airports. The staff very responsive. Even for a family ready for an adventure, it's perfect for a night or two in Milan.

Very convenient hotel close to Milan Central Station. Aimed at a young crowd but also suitable for young at heart! Good vibe in the lobby and bar area. Service was very helpful and polite. Even a welcome drink at the bar. Very good for a short layover and very good value for money.

Great place. Such friendly staff. Literally right around the corner from Milan Centrale. Dinner they offered at night was delicious. Room and bathrooms were clean. Definitely worth the stay.

The service was very courteous, a 3-minute walk from the train station, very convenient. I stayed at the Ostello in Florence and I don't know if it's an isolated case, but in Milan, the room wasn't that perfect clean. I think it's important to pull out the boxes to clean underneath sometimes too. The atmosphere and entertainment are there, it's great for socializing. My requests were well heard and taken into account. Very good staff.

The staff were great and very friendly. I’d booked a single room which was basic but clean. The first night was ok but the second noisy. The location doesn’t look so great as many locations close to stations are a bit grubby but it’s very handy for the station and I didn’t feel unsafe walking to and from the station. I would stay again: it’s affordable friendly and felt safe.

Great location and vibe!

Good stay in a great location very close to the central train station allowing for easy access any where in the city. Room was simple but well appointed for being a hostel. Fun activities and spaces at the hotel. Also, fun to see all ages staying here. Young to old, solo, groups, and couples. It’s a bit noisy at night, but ear plugs are provided.
