The hotel is located in Baranzate just 5 minutes from the Rho Milano fairgrounds and less than half an hour from Milan's central train station: we are sorry if you did not find it convenient, but even more so if the room did not provide you with the comfort you desired.However, we are pleased that you appreciated its cleanliness on which we are particularly careful.We hope to have other occasions to host you at this or another of our Phi Hotels facilities.CordiallyPhi Hotel Milano

Gentile Giorgio,la ringraziamo per aver scelto il Phi Hotel Milano per il suo soggiorno e per averci dedicato questa sua recensione.Siamo spiacenti che al suo arrivo abbia trovato un ambiente con una temperatura non ideale ma a seguito degli improvvisi sbalzi climatici degli scorsi giorni e dell’escursione tra notte e giorno tendiamo a settare le camere ad una temperatura che possa essere gradita anche di giorno quando il sole è alto e all’esterno si sente ancora la calura estiva. Ci auguriamo comunque che questo inconveniente non le abbia causato un forte disagio e che sia riuscito ad apprezzare la comodità e i servizi delle nostre camere.Siamo lieti inoltre di leggere che la varietà della nostra colazione sia stata di suo gradimento essendo questo uno dei servizi su cui poniamo particolare attenzione per poter al meglio soddisfare i gusti di tutti i nostri ospiti.Ci auguriamo possa tornare presto tra noi.I nostri più cordiali saluti.

We accept the criticisms that are exposed to us as useful to our work and important to be able to offer our guests a service that is increasingly responsive to their needs. As you have noticed, the attention to cleaning is always very high and in the same way we take care to carry out periodic disinfestations; we regret that they have not been completely effective.
