I loved this property. It felt like I was visiting a family home. Everything was great from the time the hotel shuttle picked us up from the airport to our return the next morning. Lovely restaurant on site. Definitely good value for our money.

Great stop for one night before flying home. Restaurant was fabulous, staff friendly and room clean. Our only issue was getting there. We could not find a direct train from Milan so we took a taxi.

Airport shuttle was excellent (to and from hotel) and the restaurant was very good for dinner, with reasonable prices, and the free breakfast was also a great bonus. Staff were outstanding! I totally recommend this hotel for an overnight stay near the airport but probably only for 1 or 2 nights because there isn't many stores, restaurants or services in the area. I will definitely stay here next time I fly from MXP (Malpensa Airport).

Overall, it is a nice small hotel. Three star rating does reflect my experience and it is nice to spend a night before flying away. There was nothing particular in the surrounding area. I liked free shuttle bus ride to the airport. Also, breakfast was excellent.

Great for a short stay, close to airport with shuttle service. Good food and breakfast. The main issue was the shower, it's very small for an adult. Also there is no refrigerator in the room to keep any water cold.

Our room had a leaking heater in the bathroom and the toilet seat was unscrewed. Probably easy fixes. However, I have to say that the shuttle service outdid themselves. We were lost on how to find the hotel and how to arrive- went to the airport to see if we could figure it out. After someone called the hotel the shuttle immediately came and picked us up without charge even though we had not planned for it. We were so appreciative!!!!

We chose the hotel primarily for the airport shuttle but were pleasantly surprised by our stay. The room was clean and staff were friendly. The shuttle was a fantastic benefit. Breakfast was good but not elaborate. While the hotel is not fancy it is a great value, we stayed our first and last night of traveling. Also, be sure to check out the restaurant downstairs! Fabulous food, great prices and good service.
