Being an exclusive Boutique Hotel of few accomodations We perfectly know your case, even if you choose to keep your feedback anonymous, We are saddened to read your comments since honestly there was the hope by entire team that you would have recognized your booking’ mistake and accepted our genuine invitation and support in order to possibly follow your next reservation. Having said that We would love to remind you and all our guests that We offer different room typologies and prices in order to give a taylor made solution for each one of our guests. Our typology starts from a basic single Deluxe room (that unfortunately, and as per proper descriptions has NOT the bathtub differently from what you assumed), to Superior, Exclusive and larger Junior Suites and unique Executive and Luxury suite accomodations. Even though when it is possible We randomly upgrade some guests as a special gift or offer them discounted rates for upgrades, obviously it is more likely (especially when the hotel is fully booked) to actually being assigned what it has been confirmed at the time of the booking (like in your case). Your feedback is very important to us, even thou’ We don’t understand your consideration about our breakfast since unfortunately you did not gave us the chance to let our butlers pamper you with our served breakfast (always by mistake, We consider you did not choose at the time of your booking to add our served breakfast) Anyway, as you know, Your feedback is very important and We deeply regret you had a bad memory of your staying but We hope We will manage to shed some light on your unsolved doubts with this answer and assist you directly for your next visit in Milan At your disposal

Since We would love to have you again as our kindest guest, We would like to inform you that if you'd called our Reception for your Wi fi problems We could have surely help you to connect your devices properly in order not to make the line drop and not We are just sorry that you have not noticed that We offer free coffee and a complimentary bottle of water for all our guests in each room category (from the more basic to the ones more larger and expensive). Regarding your request for shuttle obviously a bus needs to do some stops before reaching the terminal; but the Hotel provides our guests of Private transfers or assistance in getting Malpensa express trains that are so cheap, fast and so close to our location. Willing to have you again with us

Cogliamo l'occasione per ringraziarla anche della sua nota di apprezzamento dedicata allo staff e ai nostri standard di servizio e ci terremo per questo segnalarle che abbiamo diverse tipologie di sistemazione per diverse esigenze e fasce di prezzo. La sistemazione da lei prenotata è la nostra uso singolo di partenza con un bagno in marmo più ampio proprio per ospitare una doccia con tenda (e non cabina) che la renda accessibile anche per i portatori di handicap. In attesa di averla nuovamente con noi la invitiamo a contattarci direttamente perchè nel nostro Boutique hotel ogni camera è differente e sapremo di sicuro meglio guidarla nella scelta della tipologia e trovare la sistemazione più adatta alle sue esigenze . la aspettiamo

Dear Mr Ruscio Being in Milan is not always possible to keep the window open and not hearing from the milanese traffic and sounds… Luckily Style Hotel is a Boutique Hotel on multiple levels and with different views (we have rooms on upper floors and internal courtyard view that are absolutely quiet) that can satisfy all our guests needs and preferences. We would have loved to know before your departure your preferences since the team would have certainly changed your room.
