The staff on front desk was amazing and so friendly. The hotel rooms were really clean and presentable. And the hotel itself was just immaculate. Breakfast was also perfect. 5 stars is not enough for how much we really enjoyed our stay here.

The room was spotless. The staff were courteous and friendly. I liked the 'Hugs' at breakfast. Francesco was always helpful. Amanni at reception was a big help with her recommendations. The cleanliness and location were very good. However, there is a lot of noise between the rooms. You hear all the sounds in the corridor or upstairs. The normal rooms are a bit small.

Great staff and service. We arrived a bit earlier, and I asked for an early check-in. The staff did everything to accommodate us. They offered us coffee and beverages while we were waiting for our room. The room was clean with a great view. They also sent us a cute little welcoming gift since my daughter and I were celebrating our time together. The staff helped us with restaurant reservations as well. The area is very safe and within walking distance to the Duomo. Highly recommend.
