We reported it the front desk and was told that the entire building’s AC was shut down for winter and would not turn on. We stated we need to have some type of cool circulation and was told to open the balcony doors. Upon opening the balcony doors this proceeded to bring in bugs and the noises from passing vehicles which kept us wide awake all night. Not everyone is accustomed to sleeping...

"Das Haus liegt oberhalb von Tropea in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße, Parkplatz am Haus. In die Stadt braucht man mit dem Auto ca. 5 Minuten. Das ganze Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt, auch unser Dreibettzimmer. Es verfügte über einen großen Balkon mit Außenküche. Vom sehr hilfsbereiten und aufmerksamen Vermieter, der im Haus wohnt, gab es on top morgens ein tolles Frühstück aufs Zimmer - phantastisch! "

"Stayed here for one night. Grounds are very pretty and hotel is based on the side of quite a steep hill so quite a lot of stairs and ramps. There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. Staff were helpful, you got a welcome drink too. As a gold member we got an upgrade but not sure on its improvement over standard one. Worse view and same interior. Bed was quite...
